Ne-am putea trezi cu cardurile blocate de Paste

 

 

 

Daca pana la 1 aprilie nu-si actualizeaza datele personale detinute de banci, romanii s-ar putea trezi cu salariile blocate pe carduri chiar inainte de Paste.

Potrivit normelor BNR, bancile au dreptul sa blocheze conturile persoanelor care nu au completat un formular la sediul bancii unde au contul si nu au dus o copie dupa buletinul de identitate.
Regulilor BNR spun ca  toate bancile au obligatia legala de a actualiza si completa informatiile si documentele privind identificarea clientilor.
In caz contrar, institutiile financiare au dreptul legal de a restrictiona accesul temporar al clientilor la conturi, incepand cu 1 aprilie 2010.
Actualizarea datelor se poate face si dupa 1 aprilie, dar dupa aceasta data persoanele care nu au trecut pe la banca se pot trezi in situatia de a avea banii din cont blocati.
